The problem with 'riverside' properties is that the raw sewage dumped by Hoi An Town into the river is a fantastic breeding ground (water?) for mosquitoes.

It is actually in the Cua Dai Beach area, right next to the fake policeman parking scam, and has convenience stores and restaurants across the road from it. It is 5 kilometres from Hoi An Town

It has NO beach on it's river frontage - you have to leave the property and go about 100 metres to the beach proper.

There is an ATM at its gate, though.
