Fethiye is more of a bigger place, more commercial. Oludeniz is more like family, safe to go around at all hours and will get a better service plus you may see a turtle swimming in the sea

Oludeniz is a purpose built holiday resort which closes at the end of October. We were there yesterday and lots of sales in the shops and a few places are winding down and getting ready to close. Fethiye is a working town that does not close down and there are some really good hotels here. Service is excellent, and no problem with safety. Try the Yacht Classic, The Unique,The Yacht Boutique, just a few of the Hotels in Fethiye.

As for seeing Turtles in the sea, Fethiye Marina is the place to see them.

I would vote for Fethiye as you can go to market at night and have stroll and some shopping.

The Market in Fethiye is open during the day on Tuesdays, there is a fruit & veg market that is open on Fridays, again during the day. There are no night markets.

I think Agha probably means Paspatur (the old part of Fethiye) - it is like a "bazaar" - lots of shops and bars and restaurants, all open at night.

Dina has not come back to this link but I see from her next question on this Forum she is staying at the Yacht Boutique in Fethiye.

Perhaps she may come back and let us know how she likes it?
