kelbek hotel

hello,

im planning a trip in june to cappadocia and considering kelbek hotel. all the rooms look nice but apparently most of them do not have ac. im wondering how important to have ac in the rooms in june if somebody had experience over there . will it be unbearable / too hot without one?

You would do quite well in Cappadocia whilst in the shade (except August) because it's arid.

When it comes to a cave room or an arched room (built with yellow stone), you would have no trouble at all because it feels like natural air conditioned inside these buildings!.. [As far as I can see, the hotel is built with yellow stones]

Nearly no one uses air conditioning in the area when at home so you should not have any problems at all.

PS: You would probably need blankets at night :))

We visited twice in July and never felt the need for AC, it's really not necessary in he thick walls of cave hotels.
