There is already a lot of info on the Irem on a forum, don`t beleive all the bad things you read. I came from there four weeks ago and found it very clean, good restaurant, but it was a bit more pricey than eating outside, but the food was very good. Two good size pools, and nice grounds. The irem is a little way from the old town, about 20 mins walk, and about 15 mins to the beach but there is a beach bus, only problem is you get a `free` ride, but are expected to eat or drink there , and the costs are a lot over the top.

The Irem rooms are very nice, large living room with TV, but kithchen facilities are only a fridge and two ring hob, so take a kettle, and small utensils if you intend to do some snacks.

Have look at the Irem forum, and I`m sure you will find all the info you need, they also have their own web site, As for Lemus , I can`t help you there.
