Aperlai (Aperlae) sunken ruins

Is it still possible to snorkel over the ruins at Aperlai? If so, what can be seen by snorkel or a glass bottom boat?

I have read that it has been off-limits to swim over Kekova Sunken City and was hoping to find a lesser known area where it is allowed.

You need to take a private boat either from Kas or from Kekova. You wont be able to see anything with glass bottom boat but you could see some with snorkeling gears.
