Fro THB 400-600 per night I doubt you would even find a very cheap guesthouse at that time of year.

It is the peak of high season.

But you say '400 and 600 hundred' for the stay - what does that mean ?

Hi

well it is peak season (but I guess you know that) and prices are quite expensive at this time plus you have to take into account that most resorts charge for a gala dinner too on NYE!!

from your budget that works out at around 2500bhat night (if my calcualtions are correct??)

you will probably get something for that price with a guest house or some of the budget hotels on Nanai Road, check with some online booking agents like www.booking.com to check out what is available within your budget and then when you find one you like you can compare it on other booking sites or direct with the hotel

Baipho Lifestyle is a reasonable small budget/boutique hotel and good location, close to Jungceylon and Bangla road, you would get a deluxe room for around 2600bhat night at this time, worth checking out www.baipho.com

good luck and happy planning

mossy :)

Please have a look online at Sunmar inn. We are the new owners and as you can see on trip adviser we do try to help. Some negative posts prior in relation to previous owners but very positive ones now. It is high season though so book early
