Check out this site. In the middle of the page (History & Almanac) you can put in any date from 1996 and it will give you the weather on that given day/week/month
Weather2Travel.com is also good & can tell you humidity, hrs of sunshine etc
It can range from sunny days to very rainy days. Pack layers, ranging between thin long sleeves (which you can fold up if need be) and a wind jacket.
It will be cool in the evenings. During the days it can range from pleasant to rainy and cool. You will most probably not need a heavy coat. Wind jacket is an excellent choice, light T-shirts, maybe a fleece jacket for the evenings.
I was in Israel during just about that same time period a couple of years ago. We found the weather absolutely glorious in the Galilee. We had rain on one day and that was it..............just thinking about the Galilee makes me "homesick". Yes, do take a jacket or sweater.
