With the price paid, we are expecting a higher quality massage and ambience. But the massage area is full of people talking to one another, even the staff there is talking among themselves in different massage room. Super noisy. Paid for a 2 hours massage but the whole massage plus ear candleing last us only 1.5 hrs. This include the showering which is optional as they do not provide warm towel to wipe of the oil. Belongings are left in the room while the toilet is away from the room. I lost my mobile phone there and requested the mangement for help and without finding out from the staffs, they insisted that there is no one who took my phone. There is no concrete solutions from the staff at all. I have to leave and catch a taxi to the ferry terminal, but i met a kindhearted taxi driver who helped me by advising me to go to the police station for help. The police is wonderful. They helped by accompanying us back to the spa center and requested for the manager to take action to search their staff's bags and lockers. But as this is 2 hours later from the spa session, do you think the culprit will still keep the phone at their locker? I am pretty upset that such a big spa place could not provide a concrete solution and prove and this led to the increase in the chance in my phone to be lost. If in the first place, they have start to check their staff, we mgiht be able to find the phone. no CCTV along the corridor and they are expecting their customer to go to the washroom and leaving their bags in the room..... worst of all, the massuers are not telling the truth when they say that after our massage, they have proceeded to another room immediately and ask us to check our belongings before we leave.... they did not do all these..... and yet the management believe their own staff instead of being neutral.................................. Dishonesty in this place.
