Celebrate special birthday

We will be in Sanur in March with friends, one of whom will be celebrating a special (zero birthday). Has anyone got any advise on a special excursion / overnight stay that we could organise as a gift.

Also what temperatures should we expect during March and is rain usual at this time of year.

We have been before in May / June and found the climate wonderful but unsure about March

Thanks in anticipation

Hi,

We just got back from a week in Sanur with a friend celebrating one of her zeros.

We all stayed at Tamukami Hotel (see review) and for her birthday dinner she had a buffet on the beach at Griya Santrian, complete with Balinese dancers and musicians. It was a fantastic way to celebrate and we all had a ball.

Later in the week we all went back to Griya Santrian one morning and did a cooking class, which was also fantastic.

Happy planning.

March will be hot and humid .

you might experience short rain spouts that will last for about 10 minutes , then the sun will come back out and make it even more humid .

how about swimming with the dolphins in lovina ? is he / she into that sort of thing ?

since you know this person better than us i will attatch a list of things to see and do ...that way you can choose something .
