Yes, it is open for lunch. This does not have all the frills of other places but the steak there is possibly the best available in Sanur.

Unless you are a real big eater order one burger and share between 2 of you. I have taken about 50 people there and all have been impressed by the food and the simplicity of the place.

The beer there is also very cold.
