eating in Jimbaran

We love the intercontinental in Jimbaran, Oct will be our 3rd time there. Done the getting nagged to death on the beach, but loved the seafood, I would love to find safe places to eat in the area.

Go across the road and try the lovely little restaurant in Villa Baliquisse, especially breakfast.

You enter via a carpark which is on the left hand side of the Royal Bali Beach Club. Go through the entry gate and the restaurant is just to your left.

well from my notes.......and don't know if it is still there , but

Uluwatu cafe Jimbaren

JL Toya Ning No. 4B

Kedonganan

Tel: (0361) 708782

(Looking at the back of the card – you take the Nusa Dua Bypass Road (the one that goes to Sanur) and the street Toyaning St is off this road (it appears the street is almost opposite the Ngurah Rai Monument). It is a couple of shops down from Warisan Furniture which is on the corner of the Toyaning St & Bypass Road.

For serious seafood lovers without the beach thing....

I hope that helps. Like I said – seriously good seafood – if you are a seafood lover it is worth its weight in gold.

Trattoria Pepenero, at the Temple Hill complex, a short distance from the hotel.

Best Italian on Bali.

thank you, we never really ventured out too far from the hotel, we will try all those places.

We just booked again with Air Asia for next August, thought we had a bargain, $50 there and $84 back, woo hoo!!, then after taxes, luggage and pick a seat it came to just over $1000 for 4 of us, still good but this visit in October was $836 for 4 or us with Jet Star. No probs we love the fact it is so close and relaxing.

Thanks again
