Someone to take photos

I am planning on travelling by myself and wondered if anyone knew if I could pay someone to hang with me on some days to take photos as I suck at self portraits and lets face it, one needs to show off that one is in Bali on holidays relaxing!

You'll probably find that as you travel around there will be other people everywhere taking photos and it would be quite acceptable for you to ask a complete stranger to take a photo of you with your camera. We're often asked to do that sort of thing while travelling.

Also, if you decide to take a trip into the countryside with a driver, you will find that he will always be more than happy to snap away.

One of our recommended drivers 'Dean' is a very keen photographer and if you check the links to his blogs / website/ facebook etc you will see some of the great photos he has taken for his clients. Dean often comes with me and my husband (who does photography) and we all have a great day together. IF you want to get Dean's details or check out some of our other drivers click on this link. Dean books out well in advance so you would need to e mail to see if he is available.

While you are out and about you will find that some of the locals at restaurants, your hotel and other holiday makers will be happy to take some photos for you as well.

The driver we use takes the most wonderful photos. Maybe that sort of thing could be an option.

Putu Arnawa is a pro photographer as well as a driver/guide.

He offers exactly what you are looking for at reasonable rates.

One can also spend a day in his family's compound experiencing

life as a member of a Balinese farmer family.

Fun, friendly and talented guy. His deep love of his homeland

and all people is something I find endearing.

Take a look at his portfolio at the links below. If you like his style

contact him about availability and rates.
