Hi

Take a train from Delhi to Jaisalmer.

Day 1 - First get to your hotel for wash and change. later you can visit Fort, Jain Temple, Havelis, Market and evening time Sun set by Gadi Sagar Lake.

Day 2 - Visit to Desert National Park, Baga Bagh, Kuldhara and evening time Camel Ride by Sun Set and dinner and dance.

Day 3 Drive to Jodhpur visiting Fort Pokaran and Osain Jain Temple.

Day 4- Jodhpur - Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Mahal Palace Museum and local market and other activities. In time transfer to train station for train to Delhi.

With this, you need a car and driver for your local movement.

Jaisalmer needs minimum 2 full days. Jaisalmer can be reached only by road and as suggested above train is the best option to reach Jaisalmer from Delhi.

Hi

I will suggest you to stay in desert camps for the night. Thats the main experience of staying in jaisalmer.

Day 1: you can check local haveli's and temples and try to reach sam/khuri by 5.

Sam/khuri are almost 50 kms from jaisalmer. But that take more than 1 hour as the road is scenic and people usually stop for photo breaks.

Sam and khuri are 2 different dunes area. Sam has bigger dunes but its more crowded. While khuri has comparatively smaller dunes but crowd is less.

I prefer khuri over sam just because of crowd. However sam is choice for most of people.

day 1 evening reach camps and leave for desert safari. And watch sunset in desert. Leave for safari by 5 max to have fun. Stay in desert camps with campfire and cultural programs.

Day 2 : get ready. Back to jaisalmer. explore left out places. Leave for jodhpur by lunch. Reach jodhpur by night.

Day 3 explore jodhpur
