DEAR

In rajasthan off-beat places good for photography are many and spread far and wide .

The Bundi , Hadoti , Chippa-barod region is unexplored and still virgin for photography . The Nagaur fort , kuchaman fort , roopangarh fort ,Kishangarh are still not so highlighted . Dungarpur , banswara are also very good off the track places .

Since you haven't been to Bundi (www.micahimages.com/journal_wp/2007/12/bundi/) I'd recommend that area. Bundi is one of my favorite cities in Rajasthan. Near by is the village of Hindoli (micahimages.com/journal_wp/2007/12/hindoli/) which I also think is great. Kota (www.micahimages.com/journal_wp/2007/12/kota/) is a nice photography destination as well. Bijolia is also not too far away and worth a look.

It seems you have mostly done Western Rajasthan. You should now do an Eastern Rajasthan tour starting Alwar - Deeg - Bharatpur - Karauli - Dholpur - Ranthambore - Bundi - Kota - Bhainsrorgarh - Jhalawar - Menal - Bassi - Chittor and back to Delhi

Hmmm as you have covered all the major tourist places, why don't you visit Bhangarh near Alwar. It is known to be one of the most haunted place in India. Its a old fort ruin. I guess you will find it really cool.

check this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhangarh
