Today is January 30, 2009. Do you need a passport to walk across the border from Arizona to Algodones and back?

1. Re: passports

This forum is for Algodones New Mexico which is located a bit NE of Albuquerque, so I think you might be asking about Los Algodones, Mexico.

The Dept of State website, travel.state.gov says land travellers to and from Mexico must have a passport or "U.S. citizenship document accompanied by acceptable photo identification."
