From Ladakh to Nepal

I aim to visit Ladakh in January, travel from Delhi or Rajasthan.

Which entry point is there into Nepal and how far?

Do I need a visa into Nepal?

Thanks

Hi , the best way to enter nepal by road will be via sunauli border its very near from gorakhpur. You may come to delhi and then finish your rajasthan trip in agra from where you can take train to varanasi and after spending few days in varanasi take a train to gorakhpur, from gorakhpur its very easy to find local buses going to the border. You will not need any visa in advance for nepal but make sure you have 40$ with you for the visa and important thing, if you will want to come back to india after nepal then you must apply for multiple entry.. cheers, wish you awesome trip
