Kids in Goa

Hi!

We are going to Goa in March, with a kid (3years) and we are wondering if any have of you got any advice, where to go, what to do and where to stay?? We booked a hotel in South, but are wondering if we also should try the Northpart while we are there.

Any good hotels, kidsfriendly??? She (the kid) is used to travel and also to "hang out" with adults, but its always nice to hear what others has experince on their travel...

Hello,

You will be fine with a 3 year old in Goa,the Goans absolutely love kids and will make a fuss of her. In March it will be hot in the day and humid at night so just take the normal precautions to keep her cool.By all means travel up to the north but it is alot busier in the north, most hotels are kid friendly. Be careful of the sea as there is a strong undercurrent/rip-tide,not so bad in the south i believe but very strong in the north. there are plenty of things to do ,type in the search box "trips from the north" and an old thread will come up with all sorts of info from perrystanks i think, book any excursions with a taxi driver or just locally and not through the reps as you will get it cheaper locally.
