Just booked Jaz Aquamarine

Feeling very excited, just booked to go Jaz Aquamarine on 22 January for a week.

A cheeky week away by myself.

Any one been here? The reviews look positive so always a good sign. I’ve booked a sea view room.

Any info would be great

Thanks

Angela

We stayed in a swim up room as well , heated pools were great , Angela I would take my meals in the 4 corners restaurant a lot quieter than the main topaz restaurant.

Thank goodness you I will definitely give that one a go.

Bit worried now that Egypt has had that sad attack.

I wouldn’t worry Angela there was a attack when we were there I only found out from family. I must say venturing outside the hotel there was not a lot going on but we were happy with only being there a week to stay in resort the hotel did provide a shuttle bus in to town , there is also a taxi service available in reception

Just seen distance between the attack and Hurghada, and not so worried now. It’s just st sad it happened.

Can I ask a couple of questions.

1. Tea and coffee in room? Do I need to bring my own?

2. Beach towels, do th hotel provide.

3. Is there a bank and shops in the hotel.

I’m going for a relaxing, do nothing break.

Hi Angela yes we had tea and coffee in the room , look after your housekeeper he will keep you well replenished, they give you a beach towel card where you exchange your card for a towel at huts spread over the complex , there is a atm machine at the side of reception where you put English money in to get Egyptian.

There are a couple of shops not selling anything great. Another tip the mini bar is very expensive we used it the first day for a couple of beers but replaced them by buying a couple of beers from the “Tesco “ just outside the complex enjoy its great for a chill out we are going back in march
