Change in Resorts Comp Dollars

Any Resorts players noticing a difference in the their comp dollar accumulation? Back when Resorts did away with "room comp" which was like RFB/LFB at CET properties...everyone including Epic and Paramount card holders (don't know about the big high rollers) started to accumulate comp on their players cards. I remember being told it was $3 comp dollars for each tier credit earned. Everyone that we traveled with started tracking their comp in the beginning and this seemed to be the correct ratio. However, for the past couple of months we have all noticed a decrease in the comp accumulation. I spoke to several employees including a promotions booth agent and a casino host and no one was aware of the $3 per tier point ratio. Resorts points accumulate slowly compared to other casinos and we always thought the current ratio was appropriate. Wondering if anyone is encountering the same problem?

I seem to be getting about $1 in comps per point.
