The Atlantic Club buffet may be a more humble buffet than others but I think it's fine :) The service is great and the food hot and filling.

The buffet is decent for the price. Choices are somewhat limited, quality of most items was decent to good and unlike Harrahs, the hot food was hot. The Borgata buffet is certainly mucg better, but 3 times the price. I would eat at the Atlantic Club buffet again for the price if I was there.

I've eaten at the A.C. buffet a few times in Dec. & Jan. when they had the "Fridays" offer of a free buffet if you earned 1 comp dollar (at least I think it was comp $, might have been tier credit). In any event - it is by no means a "bad" buffet. The food is very basic and of the type that immediately makes you glad you're already on cholesterol medications. But overall I think its decently prepared and plentiful.

Usually 2 soup choices; a variety of prepared salads - I like their romaine w/ crumbled bleu cheese & cranberries with a vinaigrette (as well as potato salad; abromsia; cole slaw) carved prime rib (haven't tried it) & ham (love ham!); mussels; peel & eat shrimp; sausage & kraut; egg noodles; desserts are basic, but fine - pies; cake; cheesecake; fruit salad; soft-serve ice cream. That's about all I can recall at present. And even at a cost of $9.99, I don't think you'd feel that you got a bad deal. JMHO.
