Casino hopping

Just curious...for those of you with upgraded cards at your "home casino"...how often do you casino hop? We are pretty much loyal to Resorts. We usually book 1-night trips and the day/night always fly by. We may stop at Taj for a short time and then make a stop at the Irish Pub...but other than that we typically stay put at Resorts for most of the day/night.

Everyone keeps talking about the Golden Nugget. We stopped there once this summer and thought it was nice, but we haven't made it back yet. For those who do casino hop...how do you find the time to maintain your play at your home casino and still have time to visit other casinos? We keep thinking about taking the Jitney over...but between the travel time, then exploring GN, we feel like we will lose so much of the day. 2 nights is not an option right now with our work schedules. Just curious how everyone else finds the time to casino hop?

It was always my understanding that you could play at any property and the points accumulated toward your status as well as total rewards. Of course if I play more at a particular Harrah's property I get special offers from them.

Yes, it takes at least 2 nights to enjoy much AC has to offer. Unless your chasing comps, variety is the spice of life and it’s hard to keep me from visiting every casino in AC when we have the chance. I understand many just like to plop in their favorite spot, so different strokes for different folks. ;-)

Ya know, besides making a point to go to Winter Suite [my suggestion], your usual >>We may stop at Taj for a short time and then make a stop at the Irish Pub<< sounds just fine. Unless you want to change up

Exotica, you mention Resorts, Taj, and Borgata as the spots for you. Lately, that combination of 3 properties has also been my preferred list of stops for a trip. I would add Revel since I almost always swing by there as well.
