Where are you in PA ? When we went to AC we came from watertown NY on highway 81 through or bypass Scranton , thats the only place i've been in PA , but looking at the map PA looks like a large State , All our racetracts in Canada have casinos but they are slots only and they all have really low payouts , the canadian Government runs all the race tract slot casinos and casinos except for casinos on native reservations which are far from me.
I'm 40 minutes outside of Ottawa and the closest casino is in Quebec province called Casino De Lac Leamy and it is horrible they were fined a few times for low payout percentages , at one point i heard the payout percentage was around 28 to 35 %. And if we want to play in a native run casino it's about 4 hour drive it's called Casino Rama in Orilla Ontario and Great Blue Heron casino in Port Perry Ontario outside of Toronto. Another thing is in Casino De Lac Leamy your lucky if you get a free coke lol they have absolutely no comps at all , i have a friend who use to ( casino drained him ) play big money there on roulette and after spending a few thousand in a night he would get some sandwiches and drinks , thats how our government owned casinos operate.
I couldn't believe how generous Ballys was when we went , the first night free and a $60.00 food voucher and legend show tickets all for just going to talk with a slot host there , not to mention the comps we got from playing slots and a free Bally's windbreaker jacket each for 5 points on the card, not to mention the free drinks. I use to go to the races alot especially Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto for the Thoroughbreds but i'm not into the races anymore. Are the casinos their building in your area big name ones or are they private native ones ?
I heard The Turning Stone Casino is nice past Syracuse NY and also the Mohegan Sun One somewhere in NY i think.
