Semana Santa in Medellin

Is there anything special during Semana Santa in Medellin as in parties or something else (parades etc)?

Will there also be a special mass and in what church would this be more special?

There is a festival and parade in the nearby town of Santa Fe de Antioquia.

Pueblita Paisa in Medellin also has some parade and festival activities.

Yes, very easy. Taxi to the North terminal in Medellin and then a bus or taxi collective to the Santa fe de Antioquia Town square. Takes about 1.5 hours. From the town square, at some stage taxi a moto taxi to the Puente and then further on to Sucre (the moto taxis will generally stop at the Puente so you can walk across and then in Sucre for about 20 minutes.
