Welcome to the Zhuhai forum!

What kind of visa you are talking about?

The place you describe is in Zhuhai, China and a visa is required.

To visit this place, you will not need a Macau visa, because it is before the Macau border, but a visa for China or Zhuhai SEZ.

Lianhua Road is located in Gongbei area which is in Zhuhai, China. Macau is consider a different country under China SAR. So you will need a visa for entering China to stay in Lianhua Road. You might even need multiple entry visa if planning to stay there and visit Macau for couple of days. Consider changing your hotel to Macau.

Each time you enter China you will need a visa so if you arrive in Zhuhai and make a day trip to Macau; returning to Zhuhai in the evening (the border closes at midnight!) you will need a second visa.
