There are several metro stations in Bur Dubai so you would need to know which one your hotel is close to.

There are also buses that link many places

Have a look at the metro guide and the journey planner

Bur Dubai is not a place it is a large area, literally translated it is "mainland Dubai" and is situated to the south of Dubai Creek. The other side of the creek being Deira.

There are plenty of buses and metro stations in the area , why not use the link I posted on your discovery garden transport question this morning to research the transportation options within Dubai.

What you should do is find a friend in Google and understand your situation before "demanding help" and as other posters have said use one of the expat sites for your research

They are not far at all because as I said they are all in Bur Dubai.

Here's a map of Dubai.

bigbustours.com/UploadedFiles/BB_Dubai_Map_J…

Bur Dubai is a large area and on the map it takes in a large square bordered by the cruise terminal, the creek, Al Hamirya, and then Mankhool and Al Rafa - you will see red and blue flags on the map. Red flags 2,5,6, 7 and 8 and blue flag 12 are all in Bur Dubai.

Kalid Bin Waleed metro station is close to blue flag 12

Maybe you could familiarise yourself with the whole of Dubai, decide where you want to stay, find an apartment and then ask us which metro station is closest to it.

Don't worry, Bur is very well connected with Metro and Bus with very good frequency. Al Ghubaiba in Bur, for example, has a central bus station as well as Metro station.
