Hello are there weekly travel cards to use the metro?

if not what is the most appropriate ticket to get around during my week in Dubai?

A silver NOL card, which comes with some credit and that you top up at a station each time you need more

There are no Metro weekly pass. You could buy a Nol Silver card, which is a recharge card and use it for the metro and public transport buses. There is a maximum cap of AED 14, after which all your travelling is free.

Maximum fare of £2.50 a day is a good deal, although if you look at the metro map, there are a lot of areas it doesn't cover, but obviously you can get a bus or cab, once the metro's taken you close to where you want to be,

The Nol card can be topped up whenever you want to, and you just swipe it at the turnstile, each time you start/finish a journey.
