Emirates Business Class

Flew to dubai 18 feb 07 with bus class with emirates do not think you received any better service from emirates because of this. On arrival at Dubai we discovered they had lost my suitcase - after a further 2 hours of waiting and form filling we left the airport to be told the case would be with us following morning - took until 11.30 the following night to receive my case after having been told that morning at 10.45 that it had been located - took numerous calls from hotel concierge to get it to me then!!!!!!!!!! - will never travel emirates again customer service appalling.

That is so bad, especially for what they charge, i did business two years ago and liked it but i know plenty who wouldnt bother again.

I really hope it didnt spoil the trip, what did you in Dubai and how did you find it.

hothols

Know exactly how you feel we flew business with them last year and they didn't even have enough food for us and asked us to share with the people in front of us....................that was just one of the problems.

I second what SLWatkins says and hope it didn't spoil your trip.

That is appalling! I flew Business Class last year (only ever flown Economy before) I thought it was great! Loved the food, entertainment and they were very obliging. I was surprised as we had a free upgrade and thought we might not get good service, but was very impressed, economy on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired.

I agree customer service needs to be addressed, especially FA's who are surly on occasions.
