Vietnam, Laos, Angkor itinerary

I am planning a trip to SE Asia and I need help with my itinerary.

The places I am interested in seeing are:

Hanoi (2 nights)

Halong Bay (1 night)

Hue (1 night)

Hoi An (3 nights)

Luang Prabang (three or 4 nights)

Siem Reap (three nights)

Saigon (one night)

I am looking for a relaxed trip rather than rushing off to the next place. I have a few extra nights and I was thinking of either DALAT or CAN THO in vietnam. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Bear in mind that you are going to need time to get from point A to point B and if you are planning on spending just one night in a place and you arrive there in the evening, you're not going to be able to see much of it. Transport to the countryside, especially if you are going by bus, is tine consuming and sometines unpredictable, so plan accordingly. I thought Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) was a blast- we spent 5 nights there- there is a lot to do and some great jazz clubs at night!

Thanks! I cut out a lot to have a more relaxed itinerary.

I realized you can't see everything!
