Is it easy to use Mastercard debit card in ATMs in Kotor?

We wil be in Kotor for a day, off of a cruise ship. Is it easy to draw currancy at an ATM with a Mastercard debit card or should we plan to bring our cash with us? Also, which is more common, restaurants accepting credit cards or only accepting cash?

We have just returned from Montenegro and found many ATMs that took all cards VISA, Mastercard, even maestro/switch debit cards even in the smallest of resorts Kotor will be no problem restaurants will also take all major cards. (you will be surprised how inexpensive the restaurants are)

There's an ATM just to the right inside the main central entrance to Kotor's walled city. Some restaurants take credit cards, but not all, so be sure to have some cash with you. Montenegro takes Euros, so maybe you'll already have some with you.

funny the day we were there none of the machines would work for us on any of our cards - could have just been a glitch on the day but no harm in having in having a few euros with you - we had some croatian kuna which was got changed in a bank!
