SV - MP - Cusco Itinerary

Here is the current itinerary. We can add one more day. Where do you think we should add it?

Saturday - International Flight Arrival, Fly to Cusco, Transfer to the Sacred Valley, Afternoon Privately Guided Tour of Moras, Moray & Las Salineras

Sunday - Full Day Private Sacred Valley Tour, including Lunch

Monday - Hiram Bingham Train to Machu Picchu & Tour of Machu Picchu

Tuesday - Re-visit Machu Picchu (Full Day), Huayna Picchu

Wednesday - Morning Private Tour of Cusco & Surrounding Areas

Thursday - Free Day in Cusco

Friday - Free Morning in Cusco, Fly Cusco – Lima, Connect to Your International Flight

We will arrive on a redeye before 7am on Saturday morning. We will leave on another redeye on the following Saturday at 10:30pm to arrive home Sunday morning. It has been recommended to spend the additional day with an overnight in Lima so we don't wind up with a huge wait between flights at the airport. I was considering a second night in Aguas Calientes (Inkaterra) but thought it might be too much time. Following the schedule of the Hiram Bingham it would give us one full day and two partial days in Machu Picchu. I've been told a third night would be too much in the Sacred Valley. Opinions from those who have been?

If you are staying at the Inkaterra you will have plenty to do.
