I jsut received the confirmation #s and printed my tickets out on the Govt website. Ed at Cuscocity was very helpful and responsive, no issues using this agent or website. Highly recommend

We've purchased A LOT of Machu Picchu services over two years now for several clients (RealEstate) with great feedback from our travelers so we decided to use CuscoCity's services. We've ordered 6 Machu Picchu tickets online and got a confirmation immediately, two weeks later they confirmed our Free Machu Picchu Ticket hotel delivery. No need to make a reservation at the official goverment site, CuscoCity will do that for you and you will be able to pay online and get your tickets secure quickly.

Ed and his team offer a SOLID online services with hundreds of tripadvisor positive reviews.

We had a great time in Machu Picchu thanks to Ed give them a try: http://www.cuscocity.com/store.

I recommend do NOT USE more the "www.cuscocity.com" for anyone!

I bought 2 the bus tickets from Pino to Machu Picchu from "www.cuscocity.com" website.

I'ts was very simple to pay over PayPal and to get tickets voucher online.

However, on arriving to bus station 21 of September 2013, we got answer from locals. that InkaExpress bus company did not receive payment for our tickets and they can't provide us the service.

Later I found the similar claim on the website "bbb.org/south-east-florida/…complaints"

I hope, this review will be useful for Tripadvisor members.

You have to exit out of the webpage, open up a new tab and re-type the website again. Then click Pagos (Payment) and follow the instructions to pay. Using the same page you already have open will cause the computer to freeze. I found this out the hard way.

Here are detailed step-by-step instructions to buy tickets off the government website. It'll save you from paying extra from a tour company.

Use FIREFOX! Worked like a charm compared to Google Chrome browser.

Has anyone ever used either of the websites below? We are trying to find a reputable online travel agency and these three keep coming up, but i cant find any reviews on them anywhere. Not sure whether to trust them or not. Some of them say they email you the tickets and some say you make your reservation through them and go to the gov't website www.machupicchu.gob.pe and then enter your code and print the tickets. I know you can sometimes buy them on that site, but it seems as if scores of people have trouble, so i am looking at other options.
