Time table for Machu Picchu

We are staying in the Sacred Valley and taking the train to Aguas Caliente at 8 in the morning. We then will visit Machu Picchu where we have arranged through our hotel a guide for 2 hours. We are staying the night in Aguas Caliente and then climbing Huayna Picchu at 7 am. Will we have enough time to explore if we are taking a 1:30 train back to Ollantaytambo? We are paying for 2 days of entrance fees so I want to make sure I leave us enough time. Thanks again everyone on here for all of your help!

You should have enough time. First day after lunch (assuming it is not raining too hard) you should be able to cover the major part of the site. You even have time to hike up to the Sun Gate and back that afternoon.

The HP hike should take you a maximum 3 hours, so you will still have a couple of hours left to continue with your exploration.
