I find it useful to use a spreadsheet to keep track of things.

I also print out a monthly calendar, since i teavel for 1 month, and jot down info such as flights , cities and such. Its a better visual st a glance what and wherei need to be.

I find that when im on vacation, i dont look at clocks much, so i get lost time and day wise.

Good luck

I'm a spreadsheet fan too! I split each day into 3 parts (morning, afternoon & evening) and make sure we schedule enough time for the 'must see' things. We then have a list of possible things to see/do if time allows.

I've managed to find apps for airlines so I can set reminders and check in easily too. Especially useful with our 9 flights and 7 hotels to work with!

I'm excited too x

Im back

Something you did not say in your post. So at the risk of unsolicited advise...

- any perscription med?

- vaccinations

- is your passport current and do you have enough blank pages?

- you notify your banks? Have 24/7 numbers just in case.

- you notify friends/neighbors about your trip?

- you have mail stopped?

- you have someone to feed/care for fluffy or fido or fishy?

- shut water off.

- pay any bills that may come due when you are gone?

Sorry i did not answer your last question directly,...

But i recommed, stopping to smell the roses every once in a while.

The 2nd piece of advise. When you stop. Is to turn around and take a look. Sometimes the view behind you is better than the one in front.

To me it appears you have a GO for vacation

But as mentioned, being able to see the info in one sitting helps.

Good luck
