Weather and Clothing for Falklands

Hello

We will be visiting in the time frame of Mid February. We expect it to be windy - cool (40 - 55F), but we are unsure about rain and how much mud we will run into, in terms of bring extra shoes/boots and rain clothing. We will be at Stanley, Bleaker, Sea Lion and Saunders Island and Cape Dolphin.

Many thanks

Stanley, Falkland...

Feb, tends to be drier than most months but not guarenteed, I would recommend a pair of walking boots which you will wear outside alot of the time, a pair off shoes for just round stanley.

For genneral clothing you can tell from one day to the next what the weather is going to be like, or even morning to afternoon, so layers is the key with light water proof to be put on top.

Hope that helps.
