Jewel Box Mount Faber

Day 2

Legoland and Hello Kitty-with kids

Sky Flyer

Sky 57 in Marina Bay Sands

Day 3

Garden by the Bay

River Cruise and

Shop for souvenir

Then head to airport at 5pm to catch our flight at 8pm by Jet Star to Kuala Lumpur....

Any suggestions and opinion is welcome! Thanks for taking a look all!

Hello, your itinerary is very packed.

Day 1/

As you land at 1:35pm, considering the time needed to reach your hotel, to check-in and then go to Sentosa you'll have a very very very short time to visit Sentosa. Not enough to do everything there so you'll have to choose carefully what you want to do... You may consider the Crane dance as an alternate option to Songs of the sea.

Day 2/ You may consider skipping the Flyer: hopefully you may have a nice view during your diner at Sky 57 at MBS; If not the case you may then go to the Skypark park also at MBS, the view is as good if better than from the Flyer.

Day 3/ You may add Merlion Park, Esplanades, Helix bridge to your itinerary while visiting Gardens by the Bay as they are in the same area i.e. Marina Bay.

Hi, huow had given good advice. Day 2 will be a very full and tiring day. By the time you get back to Singapore it might be late as you will be stuck in traffic if you reach Singapore by 6pm. Traffic jam all the way till you reach your city hotel. Sky on 57 or the skypark is good enough without the flyer experience. On day 3, a good place to shop will be at the Marina Square mall, Raffles City even MBS itself. They are all located within the marina bay area.

Agree with the rest. On Day 2 hope you are aware you are traveling to another country (Legoland is in Malaysia) so you need to clear immigration twice (once the Singapore side and then again the Malaysian side). S you really only have 1.5 days in Singapore. Wondering if you want to skip that and instead devote Day 2 to Sentosa and do something else day 1?

My 5 yrs old daughter is obsess with Hello Kitty and it would be a perfect gift to her... We don't have that hello kitty tingy here so it would be memorable for her if we could go there... Since LegoLand is just nearby that's why I just decided to do the two...

Thank you all for clarifying things I will look up the Crane Dance.... Will try to check Sentosa on what particular things we would like to see there...

PS. Is the bus going to Hello Kitty and LEgo Land have an 8am?

Thanks again

I originally wanted the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari but my daughter is very obsess with Hello Kitty! If not Hello Kitty and Lego Land do you think the two would be a perfect match for day 2?

Thanks again all appreciate all your feedback and opinion!

Hello, your new itinerary looks more doable.

Day 1/ River cruise and visiting Marina bay: Gardens by the Bay, Merlion Park, Esplanades, Helix bridge, the Oculus at MBS. Skypark is good at the end of the day to enjoy the view both at day light and at night.

Free light shows on evening at Gardens by the Bay (garden rhapsody) and at MBS (wonderful light show).

Diner at Gluttons Bay (next Esplanades) or try satays at Lau Pa Sat (10-15 min walk from Merlion).

If you want to have a look at the MBS casino you'll need to show your passport for free entrance.

Day 3/ Try to go when the Zoo opens. FYI the Jurong Bird park is also an good option. Both Zoo and bird Park are excellent, the bird park is slightly less large than the Zoo.

If you can't get a late check-out from your hotel you may have to check out before heading to the Zoo. The hotel will keep your baggage safe. There are shower facilities at Changi airport if you need to freshen up before your flight to KL.

Hello Huow,

Thank you so much for the informative itenerary your sharing... will definitely do the zoo on the third day..... on the second day if we will try just the hello kitty in the morning and go to the bird park after do you think its a good plan?

Or miss the hello kitty and do the sentosa and jurong park instead? Read more about hello kitty and mix reviews i dont know if its worth the hassle for us to go there just for my daughter sake...

Never been to Hello Kitty park so can't really give you reliable information on how long it will take to go to and back or if the park does worth the visit.

You seem to be flexible with your itinerary, you may consider this itinerary:

Day 1/ River cruise & visit of Marina Bay.

Day 2/Full day in Sentosa.

Universal Studio if you didn't have done yet it in the US.

S.E.A aquarium, River safari, Adventure cove park, Butterfly park & insect kigndom, etc...

Crane dance in the evening.

Check the following links to see what may interest you:

rwsentosa.com/language/…MarineLifePark

http://www.sentosa.com.sg/en/attractions/

Day 3/ Do either the Zoo or the Jurong bird park.

This itinerary should allow you to see more things during your stay without wasting too much time in transport or trying to cram too much things. Singapore has a lot to offer and can keep a family with kids busy for at least 5 days.
