Singapore airport Transit Visa

I am traveling to India from US. I have Indian passport with US visa.

I have 19 hours transit time in singapore airport. So if I need to take a city tour, do I need to apply for a separate visiting Visa or this much documents are fine.

Thanks in advance for the replies.

Not 100% guaranteed, you may be granted a 96-hr Free Visa on Arrival which is ONLY available to TRANSIT passengers, who have onward confirmed travel plans like Boarding Passes for your next flight and who are able to satisfy certain conditions.

Each transit passenger will be assessed at the point of entry to ascertain whether the 96-hr Transit Visa will be granted.
