Jetstar - Perth to Singapore - seats

I've flown this route many times due to the Jetstar price beat.

On a recent trip, Sep 19-24, on both legs all seats didn't recline and felt as though there was less legroom.

Does anyone know if fixed seats are being rolled out across the board as this will certainly influence future carrier decisions.

Cheers.

maybe they have removed the recline feature... less work n maintenance.... to remain affordable..

similar to (american) Spirit airline... there is no recline feature either... but the price so hard to beat.. even after u include the paid checked-in baggage...

This is odd. They had announced that they would replace all their non-reclining seats by end of 2011.
