Indonesian Restaurants

Hi,

We're intending to head to Singapore for a holiday soon and we would like to find authentic Indonesian restaurants/eateries that are pocket-friendly. Do you have any recommendations?

Thank you.

7. Riverside Indonesian BBQ

Hi Bellewidjaya,

If you are thinking of splurging on one of your days here, then try Moluccas Room.

Me^Only,

Pagi Sore sells Nasi Padang. I personally like Pariaman better, but then you can't get Nasi Padang served in the authentic style anywhere in Singapore any more. :(

Me^Only,

Yes, that Pariaman.

Singapore's Garuda is nothing. If ever you are in Jakarta go to the Garuda at Jalan Sabang for Nasi Padang. I especially love the fried chicken. Opens 24 hours. ;-)

Yes. May be covered by Tung Lok other restaurants. Surprisingly, Singapore's Garuda is a franchise of the Indonesian Garuda. Not the same standard at all.
