Looking for a resort w budget of P5,000/pax inc meals

Looking for accommodations in Cebu or at most 1.5hrs from the city, with nice spacious gardens with rooms that can fit 3-4pax/room at a budget of P5000/pax for room and meals for a day.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks.

That budget would allow you to stay at one of the luxury beachfront resorts in Mactaan.

Since OP is from Manila, he can call up the different high end mactan resorts. Most if not all will fit in his budget. And he can check for local residents rates, which is not available in those booking websites. At the budget he mentioned, he can even get a higher category room. Rates will also depend on the month or season.

Mactan Shangrila, Plantation Bay, Imperial Resort are the top choices.

Just to clarify the P5K per person budget includes the room and all meals. I don't think the hotels mentioned will fall within this budget.

Thank you.

another option is crimson. Movenpick will not fit in your description. Another is cebu white sands whose resort overflows with koi ponds and gardens.

Fyi, if you can time it well and offseason, Shangrila and Imperial can have local resident offers as low as 7-8K net per night with breakfast for 2, and sometimes including dinner or dining vouchers. You can do the numbers. Of course, dining in these high end resort will mean high end food bill. It is up to you how to fit it in your budget. Why not go out to eat? There are a lot of restos outside of these resorts.

Thanks but all meals have to be taken at the resort.

Am hoping someone can recommend a small family-owned resort rather than a chain.

Thanks again for all the replies.

i think you are probably looking at some seminars or conventions that is why everything is inhouse. Again, try Cebu White Sands.
