Where is the best place in Palawan for a family?

Our family is planning on travelling to Palawan for 3 nights/4 days. There is a mixture of young (as young as 4 years old) and old (as old as 69 years old) in the group. Therefore, we need a mixture of good beach, and good tourist spots.

I have my heart on El Nido (from the reviews, I think Miniloc would be great for the kids, but the elders will be bored and hot).

Can someone suggest excellent accomodation in Puerto Princesa?

Any suggestions would be great.

The resorts are still all quite isolated and not much else to see or do near them?

I stayed at Club Paradise on Dimakya Island in 2006 which was beautiful. The accomodation varied, the food was excellent! The beach was beautiful and could swim off it and they had sea turtles right in front of the resort you could dive with. It was child friendly from what I remember.

hi stummy

since you're only staying for 4 days, id suggest that you spend the entire time in el nido. it might not even be enough for you coz of all the things that you can do and all the islands that you need to visit.

happy trippin!

Accessibilty.. equal enjoyment of all ages..

I say,

Dos Palmas has had very bad feedback on this site, so I have reservations.

We stayed at the Flueris in Puerto Princessa. The hotel has steep steps and no elevator so I don't know how suitable it would be for the elderly, although I looked at some previous reviews and someone mentioned they had rooms for people with a disability, so maybe there is something there.

Day trip - Dos Palmas would be good for young and old...
