Would the breakfast pancakes do? I would think the chef would oblige by making them extra thin so you could call them a crepe instead of a pancake. What does he have on them - take your own Nutella but there is no problem with honey, fruit and jams. If this fails there is Crepes Cafe in Kuta Square. Sorry, if it's closed down - this happens so frequently.

Dulang Kafe and Bakery next to Matahari do the best banana pancakes/crepes. They are the size of a dinner plate and delicious!! They are a crepe, but in Bali they call them pancakes. Hope that helps.

In regards to nutella or other spreads to put on toast, pancakes etc take your own. Not everything is available in Bali. Anything imported is expensive to buy and IF the restaurant has what you want you don't want to be 'dipping' into a large bottle that everyone has been using. Restaurants have plenty of honey and jam which mostly comes in small sealed containers.

Restaurants will generally have menu boards out the front so you can see what they offer in regards to crepes. Do ask as well as crepes can be called pancakes at some places.

You can get great Crepes at "Sendok" cafe on the corner of Jalan Benasari and Poppies 2, it comes with an orange sauce and ice cream but I am sure you can change the topping. I makw a point to go there at least a couple of times a trip. They also do good pizzas
