Hello,
You can ask anything you want about the catering.
We only had one very long table to accommodate 18 people for dinner and we upgraded to Tiffany Chairs at very little cost as I liked the look of them better then standard chairs. We used the dinner chairs for both the reception and the dinner.
We also requested a predominantly seafood buffet and it was fabulous. We had Mahi Mahi, Squid, Prawns, Snapper and Tuna, as well as Sirloin, Chicken Tandoori and a plethora of vegetables and salads. Even though we got back from photos late for dinner everything was still piping hot, fresh, moist and delicious.
We had an open bar and to be honest we got much more then we had anticipated. We had unlimited beer, Gin, Tequila, Rum, Vodka and Rye. They also made a drink menu of about 10 cocktails, think mojitos, strawberry daquiris, martinis etc that they made for everyone. We brought our own wine some from Canada and at no extra cost for corkage.
They were very sweet and very helpful and accommodating. We had more staff then we needed but that's never a bad thing.
Having not tasted anything before our wedding nor having met them we found ourselves delightfully pleased and happy we had chosen them. Everyone was professional, attentive and quite fun when we all got to talking.
Hope this helps and puts your mind more at ease.
The only thing that was ever a bit worrisome was how slow everyone moved to set up...I mean slow lol...this I think is just that everyone is more relaxed in Bali and of course as a bride and being a Westerner I horribly do everything in a hurry...so it truly was an issue I had but not neccessarily worthy of any blame.
Good luck with your planning and let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers
