We are in Bali at the moment, we booked and paid for our holiday through VILLA HAVEN, emailing Thea and Lora.
we were picked up at the airport, taken to our villa.
Next morning we find out from the Villa manager she only received sms to expect us 2 hours before arrival and that we couldn't stay for the 7 days we had paid for as she had another group coming in on the 28th.
We try to contact Villa Haven, no answer.
17 email, countless phone calls the villa manager gets hold of Lora who tells her she will sort it out.
we get an email to expect Lora at 9am the next morning to sort it out.
3 hours later, no agent.
We now have no accommodation for the next 4 nights.
PLEASE I need to find out who to contact about this, what authorities are there that I can call????
