Hello, there.

I believe you are concerned about the rates here in Bali.

I suggest you check out from the Internet as the inflation from year to year might be different with the accommodation rates.

There are several major changes including the toll road, the roundabout near the airport has been changed (soon) into an underpass to reduce the traffic and to support the IMF World Bank Meeting this October.

Please find more information at the internet as your request is a general issue. Thank you.

Depending on where youre staying...do a search here via the area. Are you travelling with kids...what are your interests..more info would be good....but researching is better

I think you will find the traffic more chaotic as there seems to be a lot more private vehicles on the road. Prices don’t seem to have increased clothing, souiveners, massages, food and bintang all seem the same price over the last few years and Aus dollars was 10.4 beginning of June, no complaints from me, enjoy.

Just go to a fixed price shop when you arrive to get an idea of prices. A driver for the day is still around 600k

Prices have gone up in Indonesia, but not sure about the official rate of inflation. Traffic is much heavier than before and built up areas are increasing in size.

Not sure when you were last in Bali, but you can no longer ride a motorbike on Kuta Beach and there is now a completed road that runs along the beach called Jalan Pantai Kuta and it now goes all the way to Jalan Melasti in Legian.

Sunset Road is no longer a white chalk track full of holes, but a read modern and busy road built up on both sides.

Bali has changed a lot.
