I'm afraid there is no direct bus from the airport to Anne Black YMCA. You may take any one of the buses from the airport (A11/A12/A21/A22/A29/A10/E23/E22/E21/E11) and change to Bus No. E21A at Lantau Link Toll Plaza. You may also take the Airport Express from the Airport to Kowloon Station and then take the free shuttle K5 to Metropark Kowloon Hotel. Anne Black YMCA is just across the street.

Here is the transportation from the Anne Black YMCA website if interested.

In addition to Dinomandy's suggestions above, there is additional helpful information offered by Glacierfed in the following link that is worth reading.

Hope this is helpful and that you enjoy your stay at the Anne Black YMCA.

I think A21 cost 33hkd$ from the airport, you can stop close to Mongkok area, the hotel is located 10 minutes away from Mongkok MTR station

Anne Black is too far to walk from Nathan Road, where airport bus A21 drops you off. It would be better to catch a taxi along Nathan Road after getting off the bus, or transfer to bus E21A at the Lantau Link Toll Plaza before Tsing Ma Bridge (frequency every 20 minutes).

Agree, the A21 is really not an ideal way to arrive for first time visitors seeking out the Anne Black YMCA. The walk there from Nathan Road is not ideal if you haven't been in their very busy area of Mongkok before.

Repeat visitors, however, might be able to better find their way and not mind the stroll from Nathan Road over to the Y.
