Take bus 629 to admiralty then take the MTR to central (then walk or bus 15c) or take a taxi directly to the peak terminus.

You can easily walk from Admiralty to the Peak Tram -just get a map at the airport when you arrive. It would only take you about 5-10 minutes. Ideally if you go up through the Pacific Place shopping Mall and out into the HK Park at the back then you just walk through the park and arrive right by the Peak Tram. Catching the MTR as sugested would take way longer.

Agree that the walk from Admiralty bus station is as quick or quicker than going via Central and catching a bus. However, I think the walk would take around 15 minutes although it is a pleasant one through HK Park.

.......or take bus 6,6A or 6X from the main road outside the main entrance to Ocean Park and get off at the Cheung Kong Centre at the start of Queens Road East (next to Bank of China Tower which you can't miss) and walk the short distance (about 5 mins) up Garden Road (in between Cheung Kong Centre & Bank of China Tower)to the Lower Peak Tram Terminus.

The quickest method is bus 629 to Admiralty and then walk up through HK Park. 629 is an express bus specifically for Ocean Park with no stops in between. It gets you from OP to Admiralty in 15 minutes. Then walk through HK Park to get to Peak Terminus. It should take no more than 15 minutes of pleasant walk. If you are pressed for time, take a cab ride for $18.

jalansinisana:- "kalau ini macam, sudah jadi teksi sinisana" (if this is the way,it is taxi herethere).

Anyway, from Ocean park all the way up to the Peak,if going via Stubbs Road, then onto Peak Road, it will be fast la."mungkin dalam masa 20-25minutes" (probably taking approximately 20-25minutes).

Taxi fare is around HKD78.00,so each person HKD19.50;

if take say bus 629- fare for each person:- HKD10.60 + peak tram(HKD22) = HKD32.60,"dan juga tentu ada queue untuk peak tram, kadangkala lama juga mesti ditunggu" (usually there shall be a queue for the peak tram, and occasionally require a long wait until its your turn).

And also time to walk-say 15minutes from bus stop to Lower Peak terminus--- : "kita orang mana ada minat jalan di park punya, lebih baik jalan sinisana dalam toko belanja" (we may not have interest wandering in the park, compared to walking here there in shopping malls).

However, you will miss the experience on ascending the Peak with the tram, and playing illusion with your sight of the inclined HK skylines.

To walk from the Lower Peak Tram Terminus, at the traffic lights on Garden Road outside the terminus follow Lower Albert Road for about 10 minutes and you'll arrive at the Foreign Correspondent's Club (FCC) at the junctions of Lower Albert Road, Ice House Street and Wyndham Street. Continue past the FCC a short distance and Lan Kwai Fong is just beyond in the streets down to the right.

You can take also take green minibus number 1 from the Peak bus terminus under the Peak Galleria and get off on Lower Albert Road near the FCC (takes about 20 mins from the Peak).

JalanSiniSana-well,you can take GMB(GreenMiniBus) #1 from the bus stop at Peak Galleria(at the Peak),and alight at Ice House.

From Peak,it will go onto Magazine Gap Road, then Lower Albert Road, before turning onto Ice House Street;so when you see Ice House, shout to say you want to get down, then walk over onto Wyndham St for LKF.

By the time, you are on this mini bus journey, round the winding road, you already have your first draft of beer and may even throw up--this is better than going to our KL's Shook la.

Another landmark, before reaching Ice HOuse is HK Central Hospital on your left.

So, upon alighting at Ice House,go towards Lower Albert Road, then right onto Jardine Bazaar, then right onto Wyndham St,then to D'Aguilar St,then onto right,is already LKF la- about 5-8minutes distant by walking.

Fare is HKD8.00.

The best turn- peak road onto Magazine Gap road;then a nice hairpin, just after magazine court.

Okay,this journey "ala Jenson Button"- 2 minutes la(road cleared),but on GMB,cepat juga (fast also)-around 12-15minutes.
