I think the closest would be Le Méridien Cyberport. Would be around 10 minutes by taxi from Aberdeen.

Or hotels in Causeway Bay, because Aberdeen is not far away since there is a tunnel between Aberdeen and Causeway Bay -

Basically, staying in Wanchai or Causeway Bay differs not much. The distance between Aberdeen is nearly the same because the tunnel to Aberdeen is situated between two areas.

Not metro, there isn't metro going to Aberdeen yet.

It is a road tunnel connecting Aberdeen on the southern part of Hong Kong Island and Wan Chai/Causeway Bay on the northern part of Hong Kong Island.

Around 20 minutes.

The traffic jam of the tunnel is mainly in the direction out of Aberdeen in the morning, and towards Aberdeen in the afternoon. Should not be too bad for you.
