I arranged a tour of kibera slums with kibera holiday safaris "Day Tours" based on the excellent reviews I read on Tripadvisor about this slums. I'm so glad I did! Peter is warm, friendly and knowledgable about Kenya/ kibera slums history and he genuinely seems to enjoy educating and entertaining people. Because he has built lasting relationships with the people of Kibera as he one time stayed here in his early age. I felt welcome and well-cared for at each and every stop in small houses and squeezed streets. It was truly the best part of my trip to Kenya. If you have to visit this slum, carrying some donations is appreciated as there are so many organizations that need assistance. I would highly recommend any tour this company has to offer!

I had a great experience with Kibera Holiday Safaris. I went on a half-day tour of Nairobi National Park. Peter picked me up promptly (he even arrived early) from my residence in Karen and then even helped me find coffee when we got to the park. I was on my own because I'm here for work but Peter made me feel right at home. We had a great conversation and he was a real expert once we got to the park. Due to his diligence and know-how I saw three lions, three rhinos, giraffes, zebras, secretary birds and countless other wildlife. Peter used to work at the animal orphanage at Nairobi National Park and he's very knowledgeable. Peter even dropped me back off at the house I'm staying at afterwards. Overall, great experience that I would strongly recommend to others.

I completely agree. I've just come back from a wonderful half-day tour of Nairobi National Park conducted by Peter and it was superb in every way. Highly recommended.

We went on Safari with peter in early November 2015. We only had two days and the first was rained out, but the next day Peter took us over 250Km. Saw four out of Five of the big five Mr. Rhino could not be found , but not because Peter did not try. Due to his diligence and know-how we saw 12 lions, giraffes, zebras, secretary birds, buffalo, and countless other wildlife. Peter made reservations for us at AA Lodge and it was amazing. As own our way there he stopped at the Rift valley for a breathtaking view. cant wait to do this again, but only if Peter is in charge!

We booked a safari in Nairobi National Park with Peter from Kibera Holiday Safaris. He was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about him. We emailed back and forth over a period of a couple of weeks. He was very helpful and always accommodating to our needs. At the last minute we decided to use him for transport to and from the airport/hotel as well. When we arrived in Nairobi, we had some lost luggage. This caused us to be delayed inside the airport. We had no way of contacting him because our phones wasn't working so we wasn't sure if he would still be waiting for us. However, when we walked outside there he was. He took us to the hotel and made sure that we got checked in ok. He was prompt in the morning for our pick up. When we arrived back in Nairobi for our Safari he was there again waiting for us. In addition to the safari at Nairobi National Park he also took us to a giraffe orphanage which was neat to see. He also took us to a souvenir shop. We were disappointed in the souvenir shop as it was extremely expensive. The safari was fantastic! We got to see all of the animals that we wanted to see. A great experience. I would highly recommend using Peter and any trips back to Kenya we will not hesitate to use him again!
