@TracyN945, They were great. I rented their Pocket WiFi Seoul product which only covered Seoul area. I had no problem using it around Seoul, even in metro. And their price was much cheaper than other providers and they also provided free delivery to my hotel!!! Next time I visit Korea, I will try their Pocket WiFi Korea because I'm going to stop by Jeju and Busan. Anyway overall, I had no problem with their service.
