I recently flew out of Abu Dhabi and back - both through terminal 3. There are no crowds and more shops than in the old terminal, with plenty of places to eat and drink at reasonable prices. The Etihad lounge is large and roomy with a wide selection of food and drink.

For arrivals I found there were not enough baggage trolleys at baggage reclaim and no arrivals duty free shop.

Hi

We will be arriving on Sat 28/3 via Cairo but are having probs in trying to arrange our pick up from the airport on arrival! Have tried numbers provided by Etihad but not getting an answer. Do you have a contact number for Etihad customer services.

Many thanks.

There are taxis available outside the airport and there is no need to book ahead.

I agree with I love... There is no reason to pre book. As you exit the airport, go to the right. You will find a line of cars. These are the taxis. Price into the city is about 75DH. Hilton Corniche is about 85 and Sheraton Khalidiyia is about 85. If going to tourist club area, it will be closer to 100DH
